Ingredients I used for dipping soup
: 600ml chicken broth or water
: 30g green onion
: 30g shitake mushroom
: 5g garlic (minced)
: 5g ginger (minced)
: 2 tbsp DouBanJang (Chinese chili paste)
: 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
: 1 tsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp sugar
: 1 tbsp sesame oil (enhancing the flavor in the end)

Ingredients I used for topping
: cucumber
: chicken breast
: tomato
: bean sprout

I used a little thicker type of noodle in this recipe. Udon noodle would be great as well.
