It’s a philosophy that’s served them well thus far, with their 2012 debut Priorities, 2015’s Top 10 UK release Automatic, and last year’s Technology showcasing the Bedford four-piece marrying hefty riffs to irresistible pop melodies. Yet with Amazing Things, their fourth full-length, they’ve taken a bit of a step back. The result is a record that’s more thoughtful, more mature and certainly weirder. “The world has changed a lot since we wrote our first record,” Damiani admits.
