4oz of chicken
1 cup of bean sprout
1/2 cup of sliced mushroom
1/2 cup of green onion
1/2 cup of shredded carrot
2-3 cups of cooked pasta
2 tsp of cooking oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of sherry cooking wine
2-3 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of oyster sauce
a pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
Method
1. Heat a pan over high heat. Add cooking oil, garlic, ginger, chicken and stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until are heated through.
3. Add noodle and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until noodle are heated through. Add sherry cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and mixed well.
4. Drizzle sesame oil and enjoy.
