$3 When I started the idea for this book, I was following a restricted diet in an attempt to shape up and trim down for my wedding. I also found quickly that Cilantro was such an awesome way to make these simple recipes not only appealing to the taste buds, but also appealing to the eye! Beautiful dishes with whole food, healthy ingredrients! While I had thoughts about categorizing these recipes into the traditional 'Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner' sections I decided to allow the recipes to be free, eaten any time of day for any meal type. Who am I to say you can't eat an omelet at 9pm? I sure do! Also to note all the recipes are suggested as one serving, however feel free to share!
