We really liked this! My edits (Caroline): increase amount of sauce. So good! Didn't brine the tenderloins- instead rubbed in a salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, brown sugar and red wine vinegar blend. Seared in cast-iron and then baked for 25 minutes at 375. Yum! Served with rice and greens.
