DIY bird feeder. A wire hanger, a slinky, and some peanuts. Bluejays love peanuts. Every now and then when I dig in the flower bed, I find buried peanuts. They remember where they hide them and will come back at a later date to dig them up. It's fun watching them bury them and move dirt and leaves to hide them.
