sweet pork quesadillas & spicy ranch ^^^ 1 1/2 C sweet balsamic pork, shredded 1 C sweet corn 1 small can diced green chili hot sauce 6 uncooked tortillas 2 cups shredded mexican cheese 1/2 cup ranch ^^^ cook tortillas one at a time, cover, and set aside. place cooked tortilla on skillet, cover with cheese, meat, corn, green chili, hot sauce, more cheese, and another tortilla. flip once crisped up. combine 2 Tbs of your favorite hot sauce with ranch dressing as a sauce.
