Balsamic Cream Chicken with Mushrooms: COOK 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts Salt Pepper 2 tbsp oil 4 tbsp butter SET CHICKEN ASIDE Add to pan and cook 5 min 3 c sliced mushrooms 4 cloves minced garlic 2 chopped shallots Sprinkle 2 tbsp flour and cook 1 min. Add & cook until thick 2 c chicken stock ½ tbsp fresh thyme 1½ tbsp balsamic vinegar ¼ c plus 2 tbsp half-and-half Add chickeninto mushroom mixture. Cook 2 min. Serve over pasta or rice.
