Made this recipe yesterday.  It's okay (and actually turned out like the picture).  I accidentally forgot the garlic so it probably lost some flavor.  And, it needs more onion crunch/flavor.  I would recommend a regular yellow or vidalia in place of scallions.  I recommend it (super easy) but make sure you get your spices in there.
