Perfect, I've been craving a chicken salad but avoiding it because so unhealthy.... this solves that (if you discount the fat content :) ) Chicken Avocado Salad - So easy! Just 1 chicken breast, 1 avocado, 1/2 onion, 1 lime's juice and season to taste. Enjoy it by dipping veggies in it or serve it on lettuce wraps. Yummy!!!
