***Pimento Cheese (5 Minute Recipe)***Here is an EASY 5 Minute Recipe- Pimento Cheese Spread. I didn’t realize until recently this is a Southern thing. I grew up with Pimento Cheese. It is one of my dad’s favorite things. It is often referred to as “the caviar of the South”. I must admit I am not really a huge fan of the commercial spreads, but recently my friend Slim made her homemade Pimento Cheese spread at our last get together and it was so good! #recipe
