Very easy pad thai, no weird ingredients or hot peppers. Blogger lived in Thailand and said it's closer to authentic than take out. (Double the sauce per the comments) 8 oz dried, wide & flat rice noodles 2 T brown sugar 2 T fresh lime juice 3 T soy sauce 1 squirt (about 1/8 t) Sriracha 2 t vegetable oil 3 scallions (green onions), white and green parts, separated and thinly sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 2 lrg eggs, light beaten 1/2 c fresh cilantro 1/4 c chopped roasted, salted peanuts
