Born and raised in San Francisco, Chase Kojima is the Executive Chef and founder of Sokyo, one of a select few signature restaurants at The Star in Sydney.  Leading a team of chefs in creating a contemporary Japanese menu, Chef Kojima is passionate about experimenting with new cooking techniques to showcase the finest of fresh Australian produce.
