Ingredients:

Base:
2 cups Biscuits
2 TBS cocoa powder
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Cheesecake:
680g cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 bottle red food coloring

Topping Ingredients:

115g cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups confectioners/icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
