Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup caster/superfine sugar
1 cup butter milk - Add 1 tbs of melted butter if using normal milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:
5 TBS sugar to 1 TBS cinnamon
1/2 cup icing/confectionary sugar to a couple of TBS of hot water.
