On a rainy day like this I like to make comfort food! Its pretty easy to make, but tastes delicious and original. This recipe serves two people, so its perfect for that late night dinner. You can also eat the bread bowl ;)
You will need the following ingredients:
loaf of crusty bread
2 tbsp of flour
1 onion
250 gr of mushrooms
2- 3 tbsp of sour cream
1 clove of garlic
100 gr of cheddar cheese
100 gr of chicken breast ( 2 breasts)
Salt & Pepper
To make this recipe you will need to do the following:
Step 1 : Fry onions with mushrooms until all the water has evaporated
Step 2 : Add sliced chicken breast, sour cream and flour. I have also added a little bit of water, to make it more liquidly.
Step 3: Fry for about 5-10 min, salt and pepper.
Step 4 : Cut the bread loaf in half, place the mixture into the bread bowls.
Step 5: Sprinkle some grated cheese on top and grill the Julienne for about 5 min until its done. Decorate with dill!
Step 6 : Enjoy!!!
