Fresh off the Boat's second stop is Taiwan, a whirlwind adventure where Eddie reconnects with his roots. The three-part episode takes us from late night shrimping and hanging with betel nut beauties, to a trip down south for Eddie's first surf, to a father-son hike up Yan Ming Mountain to visit Eddie's late grandfather. With each adventure comes a more enriched, if weirder, perspective on Taiwanese culture and cuisine. We laughed, we cried, we had a sword fight with chocolate covered dill waffles, we made friends, we made enemies. And of course, we ate.
