: Negi (This strips and chopped from1 green onion)
: Cucumber
: Shiitake mushroom
: Garlic & Ginger
Ingredients for seasoning sauce
: 2 or 3 tbspTenmenjan (Chinese sweet paste)
: 1 tspToubanjan (Chinese spicy paste)
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 2 tbsp sugar
: 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
: 3 tbsp sake
: 1 tbsp corn starch (dissolved in water)
You can use Japanese sweet miso paste instead of tenmenjan.
