Curry (Japanese Style) Recipe- Ingredients

1. Meat (beef, chicken, pork or seafood)* - 1 lbs
2. Onions- 1 whole onion
3. Carrots- 4-6 depending on size
4. Potato- 1 large
5. Curry Brick- you can get these at asian markets or ethnic aisle of grocery stores
- for a homemade curry sauce recipe, look below
6. Crushed Red Pepper
7. Salt and Pepper
8. Butter
9. Olive Oil
10. Water- read the package instructions of curry brick or 2-3 Cups

*cooking with chicken and seafood will require less time cooking (simmering)

Curry Sauce
3 Tbs. butter, ghee, clarified butter or oil, or a mixture
4 Tbs. white flour
1 1/2 to 2 Tbs. curry powder, or more to taste
