Japanese curry? Thai curry? or Indian curry? To me, Japanese curry is not curry like others. Thai & Indian curry are real curry to me. I've always loved Indian sag curry but I also love Thai curry with coconut flavor. btw I'm not sure if I can upload next week but I'll surely see you guys on Feb!

Curry soup with mochi 餅入りスープカレー

Ingredients I used (serving 3)
: 200g chicken drumsticks
: 80g carrot
: 80g celery
: 80g onion
: 1/2 tsp cumin
: 1/2 tsp garam masala
: 1/2 tsp turmeric
: 1/4 tsp chili powder
: 5g grated or minced garlic
: 2 tbsp coconut milk
: 20g butter

: Mochi rice cake
: Cheese
