Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 Cup of plain flour
1 Cup of bread crumbs
Half a cup of corn flake crumbs
1/3 Cup of parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon of Thai seasoning
1 Teaspoon of chicken seasoning
Half or 1 Teaspoon of hot ground chili
10 Grinds of black pepper
1-1.5kg of chicken breast
