Ingredients: (for 10 prawns)
10 green prawns
3/4 cup of coconut cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
(add to your own taste)
plain flour
shredded coconut
Dipping sauce:
About 3 tablespoons of coriander
1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice
1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees celsius for 20 mins (depends on oven type) until golden brown. Turning once after 10 mins.
