Sprinkle with a touch of olive oil (or coconut oil) and cinnamon-sugar or a touch of salt and cayenne pepper. Line the fries on parchment paper or lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 400F degrees. Remove and flip them over. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. Turn the oven off completely and crack open. Allow fries to sit in for about 30+ minutes - helps your fries get crispier.
