I made this ~ liked it a lot but next time I'll give the tomatoes & cucs a while to drain; the recipe doesn't call for it but if you hold it in fridge till mealtime it gets weepy. Also will add the avocado at the last minute so it doesn't get too mushy. I added Mrs. Dash Red Pepper blend and celery salt.
