SOOO GOOD!!! Arugula, fig and blue cheese salad.... Yum, just had this for dinner...here's what I changed (I didn't have all of the items)....I changed the nuts to toasted sunflower seeds and the arugula to plain ol'lettuce but chopped it up fine. I pre-mixed my dressing and I think next time I would add more mustard to it cus you couldn't really taste it. Figs happened to be in season so I totally lucked out cus this was soooo good with fresh figs!! Nice change for a beautiful salad!
