Baked Avacado Fries. Made these, using regular bread crumbs because we didn't have Panko on hand, 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Fantastic! I highly recommend! The creaminess of the avacodo and crispiness of the batter was a great combo. By baking the avacado, it's flavor mellows out some, so you are forewarned.
