Chicken Parmesan Recipe. Used 3 medium breasts, did not pound. Did not use Parmesan in breading. Used Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Topped with pepper jack cheese, shredded mozzarella, and a little Parmesan. For sauce, sautéed onion, bell pepper, minced garlic and cilantro in pan. Used 1 can petite diced tomatoes and 1 small can tomato sauce. Seasoned with parsley, oregano, basil, Italian seasoning, red pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder. Cooked on 350 for 35 minutes.
