Kettle Corn: 1/4 C canola oil, 1/4 C sugar, 1/2 C popcorn kernels -- heat oil in heavy pan, sprinkle sugar over oil, add popcorn kernels, cover, and move pan back and forth across the burner. Once kernels slow down popping, remove from heat, add some salt to popcorn and serve.
