½ lb ground chicken, ¼ lb shrimp (chopped small), 1 stalk scallion (in rings), ½ tsp cornstarch, ¼ tsp salt, 1 dash fish sauce (opt), ½ tsp sesame oil, 3 dashes pepper, 12 wonton wrappers~ Dipping Sauce: 3 TB Thai sweet chili sauce, 2 tsp lime juice, 1 TB cilantro leaves & Pinch of sesame seeds~ Make filling. Add 1/2 TB filling in middle of wrapper. Seal wrapper with water. Heat oil & deep fry.
