Ingredients:
200 grams chocolate biscuits
80 grams melted unsalted butter
1/3 cup boiling water
5 tsp gelatine
500grams softened cream cheese
1/2 cup icing suger
1/2 cup milk - Sorry i know i said 1 cup in the video but its only 1/2 cup.
150g White chocolate
150g Dark chocolate
1 1/2 cups thickened cream
coco powder to dust
chocolate to dust
