CHOCOLATE FONDANT CAKE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM & BERRIES

If you are reading this, you must like chocolate! I love chocolate in any shape and form :P Today I will show you step by step how to make these fantastic desserts that will impress everyone at your dinner party! They are pretty quick to make and this recipe serves 4 people.

The ingredients you will need are the following:
75 gr of dark chocolate
65 gr of unsalted butter
65 gr of flour
65 gr of caster sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
5 tsp of cocoa powder

To make this yummy dessert, you need to do the following:

Step 1 : Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2: Melt your chocolate with butter over the slow heat and add cocoa powder
Step 3: Coat the muffin/cupcake tray with butter and cocoa powder, so that chocolate cakes don't stick to the baking tray when we take them out. This is very important, otherwise your cakes will break.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla extract.
Step 5 : Combine the egg mixture with the chocolate and then slowly add flour.
Step 6: Pour the delicious chocolate mixture into the muffin/cupcake tray and fill them 3/4 of the way.
Step 7 : Bake them for 6-8 minutes, depending on your oven.
Step 8: Serve with ice cream, berries or extra chocolate sauce. Enjoy!!!
